What LinkAneed is

LinkAneed is a free directory of community resources in Arkansas, such as food pantries, shelters, clinics, and legal help. We share information so you can find help. LinkAneed does not provide these services itself. Each organization listed is independent and makes its own decisions about who it serves and how.

Not an emergency service

LinkAneed is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. For help finding local services by phone, dial 211.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but hours, services, phone numbers, and eligibility rules change often. Information comes from public sources and partner organizations, and it may be out of date or incomplete. Please call ahead before you visit. We cannot guarantee that any listing is correct or that an organization will be able to help you.

No endorsement

Listing an organization on LinkAneed does not mean we endorse, recommend, or are responsible for it. We are not responsible for the services, conduct, or decisions of any listed organization.

Faith-based content

LinkAneed is a faith-based project. Words of encouragement and Bible verses are shared by LinkAneed, not by the organizations listed, and do not mean those organizations share or endorse these beliefs. Organizations may ask that this content not appear on their listing. Help listed on LinkAneed never depends on faith or on using the prayer chat.

Not professional advice

Nothing on LinkAneed is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. The words of encouragement and Bible verses are offered for spiritual and emotional support. They are not a substitute for care from a doctor, counselor, lawyer, or other professional.

Other websites and the prayer chat

LinkAneed links to services run by others, including Google Maps, organization websites, and the JesusCares prayer chat (https://www.jesuscares.com/chat). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Using the website respectfully

When you use LinkAneed, please don't:

• Use the directory to harass, spam, or harm the organizations listed or the people they serve.
• Try to locate the confidential addresses of domestic violence or human trafficking programs.
• Copy the directory in bulk to resell it or use it for marketing.
• Try to break, overload, or interfere with the website.

Adding or updating a listing

Listings are free. We list nonprofits, churches and ministries, government agencies, and businesses that offer free or low-cost help to people in Arkansas.

If you submit a listing or an update, you confirm that you work or volunteer for the organization, or are otherwise allowed to speak for it, and that the information is true. We review every request and may edit, shorten, delay or decline any listing, or remove one later, at our discretion. Submitting a form does not guarantee that a listing will be published.

Corrections and removals

If you see a mistake, or you represent an organization and want your listing updated or removed, use the "Update this listing" link on the listing or write to hello@linkaneed.org. We review every request.

The LinkAneed name, logo, design, and original text belong to LinkAneed. Photos are used with permission.
